We had a great time at the Abilities Tennis Winter Chill Tournament! Thanks to everyone who brought their racquet to be strung to raise money for ATANC. We were able to raise a little bit of money for the group and look forward to doing more next time!
Thanks to Coach Simon Earnshaw of the NC State Women's Tennis team for giving us our own stringing room.

From May 12th through May 22nd he strung over 150 racquets, got about 5 hours of sleep each night, and loved every minute of it.
Cary Tennis saw its first ATP 50 Challenger event and our technician was part of the official stringing team. The Cary Tennis Championships brought many college players to the draw and he was honored to be part of this inaugural event.
Here he is performing an "on-court" stringing job, meaning the player is still in his match waiting for this racquet. As it turns out, the player won his match!

We loved being a part of the Abilities Tennis tournament again this year. Thanks to everyone who brought their racquet in for stringing.
We especially loved getting visits from the athletes and appreciated Charlie stopping by again. He always has the best questions for our technician, Christian.
